Disclaimer & Refund Policy – Homes by Mudita
- All feng shui consultations by Homes by Mudita are individually tailored and based on personal analysis and preparation.
- They may take place remotely (online) or in person, depending on the booked service and prior agreement.
- By booking a session, the client agrees to the following terms:
- There are no refunds after payment once the consultation process has started (i.e., after receiving the completed questionnaire and/or room photos).
- Refunds are only possible if I, the consultant, am unable to deliver the service due to illness or serious personal reasons. In this case, the appointment will be postponed to a new date in agreement with the client.
- If the client is ill or unable to attend the appointment, the consultation will also be rescheduled to a new mutually agreed date.
- A refund is not available in cases of change of mind, lack of time, or if the client chooses not to implement the advice after receiving the consultation.
- These terms apply to both remote and on-site consultations.
- I value mutual trust, clear communication, and fairness.
